Important

By participating in karting activities, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to follow all rules and safety regulations.

General Rules

  • Participation in the briefing and following all rules is mandatory
  • Drivers must follow all instructor requirements
  • Wearing safety equipment provided by us is mandatory. Long hair must be tucked inside the helmet (we provide helmets on site). Open-toed shoes (flip-flops, sandals), hooded sweatshirts, and long scarves are also prohibited.
  • When exiting the track, you must do so at slow speed. The exit area is the most dangerous part of the track, and driving fast there is very dangerous
  • Drivers must be at least 140 cm tall. Instructors have the right not to allow borderline height drivers on the track if they deem the driver is not adequate/doesn't listen to instructors, etc. Similarly, instructors have the right to end a driver's session if they drive off the track in a way that shows they are not adequate for driving, etc.

On-Track Behavior

  • Ramming or intentionally colliding with other drivers is strictly prohibited
  • If a driver goes off the track, they must stay in the kart and raise their hand, after which instructors will come to help. Getting out of the kart to move it yourself is very dangerous, as someone else could exit the track from the same spot at that exact moment.
  • Driving with a predictable racing line is mandatory, otherwise another driver might for example hit you from behind
  • All drivers must drive safely and according to their abilities

Flag Signals

Green Flag

Final lap - after which you must exit the track at slow speed

Strictly Prohibited

Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
Removing safety equipment during the session
Driving fast in the exit area - this is so important it's written twice in the rules
Cutting the track or intentionally driving off the track

Liability & Responsibility

1. Voluntary Participation & Assumption of Risk

I acknowledge that go-karting involves inherent risks, dangers, and hazards that can result in serious personal injury, death, and property damage. These risks include, but are not limited to: collision with barriers, other karts, or objects; mechanical failure; loss of control; and the negligent acts of other drivers. I voluntarily choose to participate with full knowledge of these risks.

2. Financial Responsibility for Damages

(The "You Break It, You Pay It" Policy)

I agree that I am fully financially responsible for any and all damage I cause to the facility, equipment, or other persons.

  • Equipment Damage: If I damage a go-kart, track barrier, helmet, or pit equipment due to reckless driving, failure to obey flag signals, or violation of track rules, I agree to compensate the facility for the full cost of repairs or replacement.
  • Third-Party Liability: If my actions cause injury to another driver, spectator, or staff member, or damage their property, I accept full liability and agree to indemnify and hold the facility harmless against any claims arising from my actions.

3. Release of Liability

I hereby release, waive, and discharge the facility, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of my participation in this activity. This includes any injury, disability, death, or loss of property, whether caused by the ordinary negligence of the facility or otherwise.

4. Exception for Gross Negligence

(The "Harsh Safety Mistake" Clause)

Notwithstanding the above, this waiver does not release the facility from liability for damages or injuries caused directly by the Facility's Gross Negligence or Willful Misconduct.

  • Gross Negligence is defined here as a severe and reckless disregard for safety protocols (e.g., knowingly providing a kart with failed brakes, failure to maintain track barriers, or marshal instructions that directly place a driver in immediate peril).

5. Medical & Physical Fitness Declaration

I certify that I have no medical condition that would make it unsafe for me to operate a go-kart (including heart conditions, back/neck issues, or pregnancy). I further certify that I am not under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, or prescription medication that impairs my ability to drive.
